Do you do custom orders?

• Occasionally there will be open spots for custom orders.  Limited to material and hardware on hand.  There will be a 15 minute consultation and will take 4-6 weeks in production.

How much are additional costs?

• Depends on customization, material or hardware.  Additional cost will be billed and need to be paid prior to starting a custom creation.

Do you do returns?

• We aim to make the customer happy but as these are all custom made items, unless there is a mistake in shipping all sales are final.

Can I customize an item that is listed for sale?

• Currently do not allow modifications to listings, if you want to place a custom order for an item, when a spot is open we can work together to try to get what you really want.
